On 7 July 2020, the Anglican Church Southern Queensland received clarification from the Queensland Government that, under Stage 3 easing of restrictions, churches may only conduct worship services and other gatherings by opting in to and complying with the Industry Plan. The Industry Plan provides best practice guidelines for places of worship.

Further Information can be found on the Anglican Church Southern Queensland website.

Sundays:

8.30am   Holy Eucharist

5.30pm   Taizé Service

Attendance at the Eucharist & Taizé services MUST be “booked” in advance – by either emailing the Parish Office or phoning 3870 8887 by the Tuesday evening before each Sunday service.

We require a full name, contact phone number and email address or residential address for contact tracing purposes.  A registration confirmation email will be sent out to confirmed attendees.

Information gathered for registration at services stored in accordance with the Diocesan Privacy Policy.

Owing to COVID-19 regulations we are limited to how many people are registered to attend each service.

You must not apply to or attend services if, in the last 14 days, you have:

  • Contracted COVID-19, or are awaiting results from being tested for COVID-19.
  • Been overseas, or in a declared Coronavirus “Hot Spot”.
  • Shown any cold or flu-like symptoms.
  • Been in contact with anyone showing signs of the Coronavirus, e.g. fever, dry cough or a sore throat.

Nobody should feel obliged to attend these services. Many people within our faith community may feel apprehensive about taking part in larger physical gatherings and indeed we encourage any parishioners who are at a greater risk of infection to exercise due caution by staying at home.
